This website is operated by Oyaka Inc., Los Angeles, California (“Oyaka,” “we,” “us”). These terms apply to your use of oyaka.com and our developer documentation. Using the Oyaka platform as a partner is governed by your separate partner agreement and order form, which control if they conflict with these terms. Customers using a Oyaka product through a bank, credit union, fintech or employer are governed by that product's agreement and disclosures.

Using the site

You may browse the site and read our documentation for your own business evaluation. Don't attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to use, interfere with the site's operation, probe for vulnerabilities outside our responsible disclosure program, or scrape the site at a rate that degrades it. Sandbox credentials are for testing only and may be reset at any time.

Information you send us

When you request a pilot or contact us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're authorized to share it on behalf of your organization. We use it as described in our privacy notice.

No offer of credit

Nothing on this site is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Product features, eligibility, pricing and availability depend on the partner program, applicable law and approval, and may not be available in every state.

Intellectual property

The site, documentation, Oyaka name and logo are owned by Oyaka or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts of the documentation to build an integration with Oyaka. Other use requires our written permission.
